Accessibility statement

This statement was last reviewed on 14 October 2026.

VertexHR is committed to making its website and application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Measures we take

  • Alternative text: informative images have descriptive text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Colour contrast: text, controls and focus indicators use colours chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and status is never shown by colour alone.
  • Keyboard navigation: every page has a “Skip to main content” link, a visible focus indicator, and dialogs that keep and return focus correctly.
  • Screen reader support: pages use landmarks, headings, labelled form fields and announced status messages.
  • Motion: animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Testing: we use automated checks during development and manual keyboard and screen reader testing on key journeys.
